The inspiration for this image came from a semi-circular 12th century carving above a church porch in Oxfordshire.  It represents Paradise as a stylised garden surrounded by water with beasts, flowers and a serpent.  The semi-circle has been repeated to form a complete circle and has been surrounded by black and white angels.  The work incorporates many mirrors, therefore the onlooker can quite literally see their own reflection in the piece.
